Helena & Tomoko 05 Sep 2013 17:18:28 PDT Distant calls audible. So we are beginning to hear the I15s again. This morning they and the A30s and A34s went west mid strait to Vancouver Island at first, past CP CP and then some along the Hanson Island shore. The A30s and possibly the A34s went into Beaver Cove eventually where they stayed foraging. Beaver Cove is a magnet these days. We suspect that the groups are on the move again perhaps heading back east. We had a report via Marie that the A36s and the A8s were in Nodales just before 2pm and that 5 orcas were east bound from Hyde creek at the same time. Not sure who they are yet.
