Good evening! We have been caught up with various things tonight . We had a surprise visit from the A30s at dusk. The A30s had not been seen in the western Johnstone Strait all day. They were silent as they passed and in a BIG hurry. We had been expecting the A11s because they were reported coming in and so you can imagine our surprise. The A11s must have fallen behind the A30s because not long after the A30s had cleared we heard them on Flower Island.

We have been hearing the A30s in Blackfish Sound fro time to time. They never did come back down through Blackney on the tide.Instead they probably met up with the A35s (and perhaps the A24s as well) after they came through Weynton Pass. The A30s,according to the Lukwa, were off Bold Head and then moved west to Donegal where the young ones from all the groups became involved in a lot of play. One can just imagine the lovely evening scene.

Besides the A12s & A36s seen yesterday we also heard A5s come out of the east in the evening. Hopefully today the picture will become clearer.

Good morning everyone! We heard no calls overnight and are not sure what happened to the groups (probably A12s & A11s) heading west in Johnstone Strait around 9pm last evening. It's possible they went "out" via Weynton Pass, though we're not sure. We are waiting.

It has been wonderful to see the messages of concern for those affected by the London bombings on the OrcaLive comment board. It certainly shows how connected we are to each other and how important networks can be in such times. The OrcaLive audience has been particularly responsive to many situations over the years, from natural disasters, environmental issues and during such sad events as happened today. Thank you all for your caring. Paul & I hope to echo your sentiments by sending our thoughts as well.
