They are back! 12 hours later the A30s and the I15s have returned. We are waiting to hear if the A5s are there too and/or others. They must be just coming off Donegal Head.

We just had a vocal humpback in Blackfish Sound during the day! Earlier around 2pm two transients made their way through Blackfish Sound. They then turned up in front of "CP" where Leah got a few photos before they went to the east.

No orcas present.

As of about 1:30pm the A30s, I15s and A8s were moving west from the Lizard Point area very slowly against the tide. There have been 3 humpbacks toggling between Blackfish and Blackney for most of the day. There have been other reports of numerous humpacks in the general area.

Distant calls audible.

Good morning! Misty and foggy here. The whales (A30s, I15s at least) made their way north through Blackney Pass just a short while ago.
