Besides the A30s,A36s,and I15 exiting via Weynton Pass this afternoon at 3:56pm a group of transients, the T19s/18 group went east past CP around 7pm.

No orcas present.
We would like to apologise to our orcalive community that the surface camera is currently out of action due to maintenance. We are immediatley fixing the problem and hopefully the camera will be up and running as soon as possible. We can currently hear A1 calls on Flower Island, as they headed west from critical point this afternoon towards Telegraph Cove where they angled towards Weynton Passage. Lets see if the whales decide to stay. Have a great afternoon!

Distant calls audible.
Everyone has been on the move to the West. Marie had some of the A30s, some of the I15s and the A36s head past CP while the rest were spread across the strait towards the VI side. The fog has also cleared!

Orcas hunting fish.
Sounds like the I15s are in the Bight looking for a bite! A1 calls can still be heard as well.

Distant calls audible.
It sounds as though the I15s, A30s and perhaps the A36s are heading east in Johnstone Strait along the VI side. The fog is thick, but Marie could hear blows towards Kaikash about and hour ago.

Superb sounds!!
After a quiet night the I15s and some A1s have come back into Johnstone Strait. It sounds as though they have just come through Weynton. :)

Superb sounds!!
What a perfect morning. We have been awoken to a beautiful misty sunrise and the 1I5s calling on critical point. It is so lovely to hear them again after they departed Johnstone Strait for a little while. This is an incredibly beautiful morning and we will let you know which pathway the I15s decide to take later on.
