Distant calls audible.

After being quiet for a while, the whales started calling again. We wonder if they have turned, or crossing over to the other side. at least we are hearing the A34s now. Very distant, sounds like they are still in somewhere west.

We are hearing distant calls on CP. Leah@CP found 1 male off Bauza. maybe too far away to see the others. We are not sure witch direction they are going.

At 9:25am we heard a brief burst of calls. This was the whales organising their turn opposite Blinkhorn on the Vancouver Island shore and between Turn Point and Big Bay on the Hanson Island shore. The sleepy whales have been quiet since.

We're hearing distant A1 calls on the rubbing beaches hydrophone. Sounds like the A12s (all of them) and the A36s are coming back from their trip to the east.
