Orcas near mics.

We just heard A12 again and are trying to locate where her calls were coming from.

Distant calls audible.

A12 is getting distant. She is in Blackfish Sound.

No orcas present.

A couple of notes: yesterday the A36s were still in the Port Hardy area as A12 made her rounds down here; and today, a group of whales were seen at Bere Point (Queen Charlotte Strait) heading eastward at 1:15pm. A12 earlier headed in that direction after probably going through Blackney Pass and Blackfish Sound around 10am.
