No orcas present.

The I15s came back into Johnstone Strait, probably via Weynton Pass, a bit after midnight. We don't know what happened to them after that, & last heard distant calls on the Critical Point hydrophone around 1am. There was persistent loud boat noise in the Strait at the time. It's possible the I15s headed east, or that they headed "out" again. We are waiting.

No orcas present.

It was a pretty quiet day here. The Naiad Explorer finally found the A30s off Camp point around 2-2:30pm. After moving closer to Kelsey Bay the A30s turned and went east. The Naiad also came across 200-300 dolphins in the lower Johnstone Strait. The humpbacks kept everyone else busy in these parts.
