No orcas present.
The A30s are again heading into Blackfish Sound quickly on the ebbing tide. This time they have all the colours of the sunset going with them.

Distant calls audible.
We can still hear distant A30 calls on the CP hydrophone and Paul on the June Cove has spotted them Easting at Telegraph cove. They are making slow progress in the windy strait but are still heading east.

No calls but orcas nearby
The A30s took the rushing ebbing tide out to Blackfish Sound a short while ago. They were silent, travelling fast, kicking up their "heels" and more or less all together.

Orcas near mics.
Lovely close calls can be heard from the A30's on the Rubbing Beach Hydrophone at the moment. They headed East in the straight after passing south in Blackney Pass as we lost the light last night at Orcalab.
