No orcas present.

A quiet night. Yesterday, the A30s and the I15 group continued to the west. At 1:30pm the Naiad reported them near Numas Island and around 2pm off the Port Hardy airport. Such a strange orca season this year. We will see what today brings. Also, Ivan passed along a picture of the humpback, Guardian (Jackie ID), off Christie Pass in the evening. Guardian is often seen in Blackney Pass and is a familiar so nice to know. There are others in the Pass today being followed by the OrcaLab camera: http://explore.org/live-cams/player/orcalab-base
