All 3 resident groups are still foraging very spread out in the Johnstone Strait. Continuous calls coming from both CP and Critical point hydrophones. The A23/25/30's have turned around and are now Westing at Blinkhorn. Very spread out, mostly on the Vancouver Island side with 1 Male on the Hanson Island side. We are hearing calls on the Critical point hydrophone at the moment. Meanwhile the Bigg's T90's & T100B's are still easting further down Johnston Strait. We've also had a report of 4 orcas at Bold Head, which is near the range of our Flower Island hydrophone - so keep listening and watching, this could get interesting!
