No calls but orcas nearby The Bigg's orcas heard earlier moved into Johnstone Strait where they headed east toward the Reserve. We heard them briefly on CP around 10am. This was a while after dolphins were also heard in Johnstone Strait. We found the orcas' blows when they were opposite the Sophia Islands mid strait. They were heading toward Vancouver Island. Jared Towers managed to get out and he found T55A and others off Robson Bight and beyond. We finally saw a male when he was opposite the Main rubbing beach around 12pm.
