No calls but orcas nearby

The Bigg's orcas turned and travelled back north through Blackney Pass and probably turned again. They were off CP in Johnstone Strait heading east sometime after their northward jaunt through the Pass. meanwhile, more Biggs orcas were off Telegraph Cove a short while ago. They headed east and were off the Wastell Island around 4:15pm. This might have been the group reported by Jackie a couple of hours before they got to TC. A humpback was also seen in the Strait around the same time. Jared,Christie,Jackie, Leah, Marie,Paul and Helena have all contributed to the visual sighting reports today. Very busy but an incredibly calm, convenient ocean.

No calls but orcas nearby

Jared and Christie found the Bigg's orcas heading southbound in Weynton Pass after they called in BFS. The T11s and T77A have since turned around and are heading south past the Lab on the far side of the pass. Thanks for the ID's team!
