No orcas present. Northern Resident Orca calls continued on the Cracroft Point hydrophone in the early morning hours until about 3am. There were also three humpback songs taking place, one on the Flower Island hydrophone, one close on the Cracroft point hydrophone and one distant on Critical Point hydrophone. Calls dropped by 3:30 am with N.Resident Orca calls resuming at 8:30am and continuing distant on the Cracroft Point hydrophone until noon. Six humpbacks came down from Blackfish sound to spend time breaching and chin slapping across the pass from Orcalab towards Compton Island.  David 12 Oct 2018 22:04:19 PST Distant calls audible.
