Distant calls audible. Sounds like the I31s are again in Johnstone Strait! Paul & Helena 04 Mar 2014 22:42:27 PST No orcas present. In summary, the I31 calls continued through the night until 4:30am! They were very vocal. Finally the calls faded off so we had the impression that the whales went off to the west and perhaps even out Weynton pass.
