No calls but orcas nearby

Yea! We just had 4 transients, 1 male & 3 small fins, go quietly North through Blackney Pass!! Hopefully they speak up on Flower island hydrophone!

Distant calls audible.

We heard one call at 1443, but were unable to ascertain where it was coming from. One thing that we can say for certain is that a family of 5 Trumpeter Swan's flew north in Blackney Pass! There were 3 juveniles in the group! What an amazing, sunny calm day:)
