Orcas near mics.

We were awoken to a few Transient calls at 0344 this morning! Once again they are proving to be acoustically elusive:) The wind is blowing NW as the rain continues to fall.

Distant calls audible.

At 0530 we started hearing distant transient calls on Critical Point.

No orcas present.

The 11 transients in QCS on Feb.5th were the T11's, T19's and T55's, they were around Foster island @1400 heading East, thanks to Christie & Jared for the update!
