Guardian has been around Blackney Pass for a few hours now, travelling very close with one other humpback -- our best guess is either Horizon or Argonaut but no definite ID yet  Megan and Stephanie 25 Jun 2015 17:06:25 PDT 3 may be 4 Humpback Whales on the area today. Guardian, Argonaut, probably Crescent (photos). Guardian was travelling with a Porpoise on her side for a moment ; the same curious scene than yesterday. Today is a "festival" of Dolphins (Pacific white-sided dolphins) ! heading North, South, turning around, jumping, from 6am to 12:30. A HB feeding, an other jumping. 3-4 HB on the area. No calls but orcas nearby Today a lazy day for humpbacks in Blackney Pass, content to move back and forth on the far side. Not so the Dalls porpoise who Stephanie and Megan report came in close to Hanson Is. Meanwhile Jackie reported the T2Cs were westbound off Blinkhorn in Johnstone Strait.
